  • The NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show welcomes vendors and sponsors aligned with fitness, wellness, beauty, apparel, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and women-focused brands. We prioritize companies that enhance the athlete and spectator experience and align with our values of empowerment and professionalism.

  • VENDORS receive on-site booth space to sell or showcase products. SPONSORS receive enhanced visibility, brand placement, and promotional opportunities before, during, and after the event. Sponsorship does not always include a vendor booth unless specified.

  • All vendors and sponsors must apply and be approved. Space is limited and curated to protect brand alignment and event quality. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

  • Vendor booth details, dimensions, load-in times, and setup instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Electrical access, WiFi, pipe and drape, and other add-ons may be available upon request.

  • Sponsors receive multi-channel exposure that may include social media promotion, livestream placement, website listings, digital materials, and on-site recognition, depending on sponsorship level. Direct access to be included in our email marketing is available upon request.

  • Approved vendors and sponsors will receive a detailed event guide outlining arrival times, breakdown schedules, parking, and on-site expectations leading up to the event starting at 12-16 weeks out.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing, sales tax compliance, and staffing. The NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show does not take a percentage of vendor sales.

  • All vendors and sponsors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and athlete-supportive presence. Aggressive sales tactics, disruptive behavior, or unapproved promotions are not permitted.

  • Food and beverage vendors must comply with all venue and local health regulations.

    All F&B sales must be approved. Sampling is encouraged and policies will be provided upon approval.

  • Proof of insurance may be required, naming the event and venue as additionally insured.

    Providing IV Therapy onsite is prohibited by the NPC.
