Your $25 deposit reserves your appointment and will be credited toward your total. Optimize U will contact you separately to complete the required medical forms, confirm eligibility, and collect the remaining balance by Sunday, Aug 16.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows but will be refunded if Optimize U determines that the individual is medically ineligible or if the appointment cannot be accommodated.

HOW IT WORKS:
Choose a preferred time window for your arrival and bag choice. Please note that this is a request only and we will send out your exact appointment time no later than Friday, August 14 via text or email. If you are attending the NFS Post-Show Brunch, we will prioritize your appt around that so you don’t miss any of the event.
