A selective leadership opportunity for athletes, coaches, and community leaders aligned with the Fit Show mission.
What is the NFS Athlete Experience Ambassador Team?
We are selecting a small, hand-picked group of 5-12 athletes, coaches, and community leaders who embody the values and mission of the Fit Show — and who want to help elevate the experience for competitors & attendees alike.
This is not a promo team or a sales role.
This is a leadership position within the Fit Show community.

• Alignment with the Fit Show mission
• Professionalism, excellence, & integrity — online and in person
• Willingness to serve, educate, and support others
• Consistent leadership presence in the fitness community
At least 4–5 ambassadors will be actively competing in the 2026 NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show.
Others may include coaches, former competitors, future competitors, or community leaders aligned with the show.
Group will represent the Fit Show from March 15 – August 30, 2026

Who This Program is For
❋ THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF YOU’RE…
● An athlete who has competed previously and/or are competing this year in the NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show and want to document & share your experience
● A Coach who values athlete education, professionalism, & show quality/experience
● An Individual who consistently shows up as a leader in the fitness community
● Someone who genuinely believes in the Fit Show & wants to help it grow the right way
You do not need to be competing to apply — but you do need to be aligned & have some knowledge or experience of the Fit Show.
Why This Program Exists
❋ COLLABORATIVE ENERGY + SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
The NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show exists to raise the standard — not just on stage, but behind the scenes and the full athlete experience. The purpose of this event is to inspire confidence and strength among women through fitness and community.
If selected, ambassadors are not just promoting an event — they are helping to build the platform and shape the entire experience for athletes.
Ambassador Expectations
● Represent the Fit Show with professionalism, respect, & integrity
● Share authentic content related to the show experience, not just graphics, dates, or reposts. (2-4 posts per month)
● Educate and encourage athletes who are considering competing or attending
● Use official NFS logos, tags, hashtags, and messaging (when applicable)
● Engage positively with the NFS community both online and at the event
Ambassadors are NOT required to: Post an aggressive amount on social media, push any type of sales, or share anything that doesn’t feel authentic to them.
