Mandatory ATHLETE CHECK-INS
Friday, August 14 | 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Please arrive early. Do NOT wait until the last minute to check-in. This allows us time to resolve any registration issues and keeps the process running smoothly for everyone.
We will likely start a few minutes earlier than 4pm to ensure there is not a long wait time. To see full details of what to expect here, see the BLOG here.
SHOW DAY
Stage Ready Hair & Makeup Appts are at the show venue. No other hair/makeup brands are allowed on site. Please refer to the Athlete Side Entrance video for entry before 8am.
PREJUDGING Starts at 9:00am
Show Running Order .
When Prejudging ends, we will clear the auditorium (athletes may stay backstage all day if needed)
***We do NOT have an estimated time that either Prejudging or FINALS will end. There are too many variables to determine an accurate time.***
Backstage Call Times:
8:30 AM - BB, Women’s Physique, Wellness, & Figure Competitors
9:00 AM - NPC BIKINI Competitors
10:00 AM - NPC FIT MODEL Competitors

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
No alcohol is permitted backstage, per the NPC.
Per Nashville Municipal Auditorium rules:
No Oversized luggage roller bags (small carry-on is ok, but will probably get searched if coming through the main entrance after 8am)
No rolling cooler bags
No fold-out chairs
Please plan accordingly.
Please help us keep the venue clean by:
* Using the trash cans located backstage & Cleaning up after yourself
* Please do not leave tan on toilet seats.
* Be mindful of where you sit & Cover your seat whenever possible.
And remember:
Please stay covered up whenever you’re walking around the venue when not backstage. You may sit out in the audience to watch the show in the general admission seating.
However, we will have 2 TVs backstage for you to watch as well so you don’t have to leave the area if you don’t want to.
JUDGES' FEEDBACK
One judge will come backstage after each division so you can get feedback immediately. No feedback will be given at Prejudging or afterward via email, ONLY at Finals after each division.
